What MagicAntioquia is
MagicAntioquia is a directory and informational editorial guide about tourism in Antioquia, Colombia. We are not a travel agency or tour operator: we do not directly sell lodging, tickets, or activities. When you book through an affiliate link (for example, to Booking.com or other travel partners), the contract for that booking is between you and that third party, not MagicAntioquia.
Accuracy of information
We make a genuine effort to verify routes, places, and facts before publishing them, but information can change (schedules, prices, availability, access conditions) without us updating it immediately. Always verify details directly with the business or operator before you travel. We do not guarantee that content is always complete, current, or error-free.
External links and affiliates
The site includes links to third-party sites, including travel affiliate links (such as Travelpayouts or Booking.com programs) through which we may earn a commission if you make a booking. That commission does not change the price you pay. We do not control or take responsibility for the content, security, or policies of third-party sites we link to.
AI itinerary generator
The itinerary generator uses artificial intelligence to suggest a trip based on the routes and places published on the site. It is a guidance tool: it can contain errors, omissions, or impractical combinations, and it does not replace your own judgment or direct verification with each operator. We apply a daily usage limit per IP address to prevent abuse of the service.
Donations
Donations made through PayPal are voluntary and do not grant benefits, priority placement, or any special rights on the site. By donating you also accept PayPal's terms, since PayPal processes the payment directly. Donations are non-refundable, except in the case of a clear billing error, which you can report to us at espesie@gmail.com.
Intellectual property
The text, design, and brand of MagicAntioquia belong to their authors and may not be reproduced without permission. Photographs on the site are used under the license from their source (for example, Unsplash or Wikimedia Commons), with attribution when the license requires it. If you own an image or content published on the site and believe it was used improperly, write to us and we will review it.
Limitation of liability
MagicAntioquia is provided "as is," with no guarantee of continuous availability or absence of errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages or losses arising from your use of the site, travel decisions made based on its content, or bookings made with third parties through our links.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. Any dispute related to the use of the site will be resolved before the competent authorities of Colombia.
